E-Commerce Manger

As an E-commerce Manager at Swishtag, you’ll assist the digital team in managing and optimizing online store and enhancing the customer journey. This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to learn about the e-commerce landscape and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in uploading and maintaining product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, inventory updates) on platforms such as Shopify other marketplaces
• Support order processing, tracking, and customer service coordination
• Analyze website traffic and sales trends using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Reports
• Help execute email campaigns, promotions, and other digital marketing efforts
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure product pages are accurate and engaging
• Research competitors and suggest improvements to the user experience and product offerings
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and technologies

Qualifications

• Strong interest in digital commerce and online consumer behavior
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, eCommerce, or other CMS platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
