Job Requirements:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
  • Lead 360° campaigns (TV, Digital, OOH, Print, Radio) aligned with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-driven execution.
  • Lead digital marketing strategy (SEO/SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, analytics).
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams for campaign alignment.
  • Strengthen brand positioning through PR, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market planning with the sales team.
  • Manage relationships with media and creative agencies.
  • Coach and mentor marketing executives to enhance performance.
  • Develop marketing reports and analytics dashboards.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO/SEM tools, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketing strategies and performance-based campaigns
  • Leadership & management skills
  • Strategic & analytical thinking
  • Experience in managing media operations and marketing events
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to develop and deliver on an Integrated Marketing Plan.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/BBA in marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 to15 Years of experience. Minimum 3 to 5 years in a managerial/leadership marketing role.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics / FMCG / Telecom sectors will be preferred.
