We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Telesales agent to join our team for the night shift. This office-based role involves coordinating logistics by communicating with truck drivers and brokers through calls and communications.

Cold call potential clients in the USA to generate leads.

Coordinate dispatch operations between drivers and customers.

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve queries.

Maintain accurate records of calls and dispatch details.

Meet sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Experienced Candidates: Minimum 3-6 months in sales and 1-3 years as a dispatcher

cold calling, or BPO (USA market preferred).
Basic 35k - 80k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
