Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Debt Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Customer Service or Lead Generation and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This is a night shift position, ideal for candidates comfortable working with clients in different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or written communication to collect outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities in the system.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial situations.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Customer Service, Lead Generation, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (U.S./U.K./International shift as required).
