Role Summary:
Oversee all marketing efforts to drive traffic and convert visitors into booked demos, combining SEO, paid ads, and conversion rate optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop SEO strategy ensuring website content and structure follow best practices
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok to drive demo bookings
  • Collaborate with content team on blog, landing pages, and FAQs to boost organic traffic
  • Set up and analyze analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar) to monitor funnel performance
  • Test and optimize CTAs, landing page designs, and form flows to improve conversion rates
  • Coordinate with sales and outreach VAs for lead nurturing and follow-up

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in SEO, PPC, CRO with measurable results
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns for B2B or SaaS
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of CRM automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred)

Experience:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in lead generation or SaaS marketing

Shift: Flexible, may include overlap with US time zones (6:30 PM – 3 AM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
