We are looking for a Bidding Expert with hands-on experience in winning projects on Upwork and Fiverr. The ideal candidate should be capable of writing compelling proposals, understanding client requirements, identifying profitable opportunities, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant and high-potential projects based on company capabilities.
  • Write customized, concise, and persuasive proposals tailored to each client.
  • Maintain a high response rate by sending timely and professional messages/proposals.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the technical/production team to prepare estimates, project scopes, and delivery plans.
  • Conduct client follow-ups and convert prospects into closed deals.
  • Achieve monthly bidding targets, lead conversions, and revenue goals.
  • Manage Gig optimization, keywords, description, pricing, and packages on Fiverr to improve Gig ranking and order flow.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for recurring projects.
  • Track proposals, conversations, and conversions through internal CRM or maintained sheets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, platform policies, and competitor strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bidding and lead generation on Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Strong proposal writing skills with excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and send relevant, client-centric proposals.
  • Basic understanding of IT services / digital services / software development (or relevant company domain).
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of Gig SEO, buyer keywords, and Fiverr ranking factors.
  • Time management and ability to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or other client communication tools.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Lead Generation, Cold Outreach, or Digital Sales
  • Understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Google Sheets tracking)
  • Ability to create Wireframes, SOW, or project breakdowns with the team
  • Experience in Client onboarding and handover to Project Manager

Compensation: Base salary + performance-based incentives/commissions
