Growth & Demand Generation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation to develop and execute demand-generation strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead acquisition through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content marketing, SEO, social media, webinars, and marketing automation to optimize lead funnels and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution:

- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars, paid ads) to generate leads.

- Plan and execute webinars, podcasts, and virtual events to engage target audiences.

- Leverage social media platforms to amplify reach and engagement.

2. Marketing Automation & Lead Funnel Optimization:

- Design and optimize lead-nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools

- Develop conversion-focused funnels to improve lead quality and sales alignment.

- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and automation dashboards.

3Branding & Product Marketing

- Maintain and enhance brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.

- Work closely with product teams to craft compelling messaging and positioning.

- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visuals, and customer communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.

- Experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, IT services, or consulting).

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, and retargeting strategies.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and project management skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
