Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
• Can also work with TIK-TOK and LinkedIn ads
• Conduct detailed market and keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize targeting strategies.
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum impact with allocated resources.
• Can do CRO analysis
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Collaborate with our creative and content teams to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Report campaign results to clients and internal stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Deep understanding of PPC, audience segmentation, and conversion optimisation.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting campaign data and trends.
• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
• Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
• Experience with remarketing, A/B testing, and multi-channel strategies.
