Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and visuals.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Track, report, and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and paid media buying.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media management is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
