Marketing Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and visuals.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and paid media buying.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
