Marketing Campaign Specialist

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will contribute to building impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
• Plan outreach and lead generation campaigns leveraging CRM and automation platforms.
• Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and automated workflows to nurture leads.
• Create and schedule engaging content (blogs, posts, videos, promotional copy) tailored to target audiences.
• Manage and monitor content calendars across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce impactful visuals and messages.
• Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Optimize content and campaigns for SEO to increase organic visibility.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with Social media platforms, CRM, outreach tools and email marketing platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
