Business Development Executive

Nexcel Solutions Technologies is Hiring "BD Executive" who will be responsible for acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.) for Web Development, SEO, and Social Media Marketing, ensuring a high level of excellence.

1-2 Years’ experience as a Sales/Lead Generation Specialist in IT/Software Industry.

Bachelor's degree in BSCS, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Bidding on (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and sound knowledge of the IT industry
  • Engage with potential clients through messages, proposals, and networking.
  • Generate leads, pitch our digital development and marketing services, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Prepare and deliver effective proposals to prospective clients.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a business development tool.
  • Communicating with potential clients via email, phone, or video conferencing to establish rapport, build relationships, and gather information about their needs.
  • Knowledge of US IT/Software development industry, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Willing to work in night shift (5pm to 2am)

This is an on-site job for our office located at Johar Town, Lahore.

The salary will be based on experience and expertise.
