Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with the organization’s goals, vision, and values. Ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and channels.
Build and nurture strong relationships with media representatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and respond promptly to media inquiries.
Conduct one-on-one guest interviews, host podcasts, and represent the organization during key events and public engagements.
Oversee the creation and quality of communication materials such as press releases, articles, newsletters, and digital content. Maintain high standards of accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
Supervise and enhance the organization’s online presence, including website management, social media strategy, and email marketing campaigns. Monitor digital trends and foster active online community engagement.
Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including clients, partners, media outlets, and government agencies to strengthen the organization’s network and influence.
Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and media briefings. Represent the organization at public functions, business forums, and international meetings alongside the CEO or senior leadership when required.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, evaluate trends, and analyze competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
Develop and sustain long-term client partnerships by understanding client needs, providing tailored communication solutions, and ensuring superior service delivery.
Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitches aligned with client objectives and organizational strengths.
Lead the development of multimedia content—videos, infographics, podcasts, and other creative assets—for effective storytelling and audience engagement.
Ensure all communication initiatives adhere to legal, ethical, and industry standards, maintaining the organization’s credibility and compliance.
Define and track KPIs to evaluate communication impact, and provide regular performance insights and reports to senior management.
Support cross-functional initiatives and assist peers as needed, promoting teamwork and operational flexibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
