Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, client communication, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Plan, approve, and oversee content calendars for various client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to deliver creative and engaging campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage client communication — including approvals, queries, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Ensure timely posting and seamless execution of all planned content.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
