About The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Graphics Designer to join our Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the communication, training, and branding experience across our Care department. You will create compelling written and visual content that supports our multi-vertical super app services, including food delivery, groceries, shops, home services, laundry, payments, transfers, and more.

This role combines content writing, copy design, graphics, and branding to deliver engaging, clear, and effective materials for both customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do

Customer-Facing Content

  • Develop and maintain App Help Centre articles with clear, empathetic, and concise writing.
  • Create visuals, infographics, GIFs, and motion graphics to simplify complex processes and enhance self-service support.
  • Write customer-friendly copy that aligns with Care tone of voice and brand guidelines.

Internal Knowledge & Training

  • Produce knowledge base articles and training content for Care agents, blending strong copywriting with supportive visual design.
  • Develop multimedia training assets to help onboard and upskill Care teams.

Branding & Visual Identity

  • Design and manage brand assets (logos, templates, internal visuals) for Care communications.
  • Support branding for Care office buildings and events, ensuring alignment with the company’s identity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to maintain consistency of brand messaging.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Partner with Care, Product, and Design teams to ensure alignment of messaging, tone, and visuals.
  • Explore and utilize AI-powered tools (for copywriting, design, and content generation) to improve efficiency and creativity.
  • Stay updated on content strategy, design trends, and AI advancements, proposing fresh ideas for better customer and agent experiences.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Designer, Graphic Designer, Copywriter, or Multimedia Specialist, ideally within tech, e-commerce, or service industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing:Visual design (graphics, infographics, motion assets).
  • Copywriting and content writing (customer-facing & internal).
  • Brand asset development (templates, guidelines, branding projects).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, or Canva.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar) for content creation, copywriting, and design.Ability to create animated visuals (GIFs, short-form motion graphics).
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, empathetic, and on-brand content.
  • Strong project management skills, able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.A keen eye for detail, creativity, and innovation.
