We're seeking a forward-thinking Graphic Designer who seamlessly blends traditional design expertise with cutting-edge AI tools. You'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content while leveraging AI technologies to enhance creativity, optimize workflows, and produce innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with a sketchpad and AI prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution (60%)

• Create visually stunning designs for digital and print media (websites, social media, marketing materials, branding systems)
• Develop and maintain visual brand consistency across all platforms
• Produce multimedia content including graphics, animations, and basic video edits
• Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual communications

AI Integration & Innovation (30%)

• Utilize AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, etc.) to enhance creative processes
• Develop prompt engineering strategies for consistent brand-aligned AI-generated imagery
• Implement AI-assisted workflows to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Research and test emerging AI design tools, providing recommendations for adoption
• Train team members on effective AI design methodologies

Collaboration & Strategy (10%)

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams
• Present design concepts and AI-enhanced solutions to stakeholders
• Contribute to creative strategy sessions with innovative approaches
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Traditional Design: 3+ years professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with AI image generation tools and understanding of their capabilities/limitations
• Technical: Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Software: Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar collaborative design tools
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles, 3D modeling, or motion graphics
