Creative Designer

We are seeking a Creative Designer with 3+ years of professional experience who can deliver visually compelling designs while supporting brand growth across digital platforms.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic, visual, or UI design
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, result-driven environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and digital products
• Create UI designs, landing pages, and brand assets aligned with business goals
• Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and leadership teams
• Ensure visual consistency across company and portfolio brands
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to convert briefs and ideas into polished, production-ready designs

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation to support engaging digital content
• Experience working with SaaS, agency, or product-based companies, demonstrating adaptability and structured design workflows
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, user flows, and interface consistency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
