Pharmacist (Pharmacist + Sales & Marketing)

License Requirement: Valid Pharmacist License (Pharmacy Council of Pakistan)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and licensed Pharmacist who also has strong skills in Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will combine professional pharmaceutical expertise with business acumen to manage pharmacy operations, drive product sales, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and review prescription medicines, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
• Provide expert advice on medication use, dosage, and side effects.
• Promote and market pharmaceutical and healthcare products to customers and clinics.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records of prescriptions and stock.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to recommend new products.
• Ensure the pharmacy complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D preferred).
• Valid Pharmacist License from the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy operations and sales or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical brands, healthcare products, and retail marketing.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
