Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the procurement process for medicines and pharmacy supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and distributors for the best rates and credit terms.
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchase records using pharmacy management systems.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and branch managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and new product availability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all pharmacy procurement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in pharmacy purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
