We are looking for a highly creative and talented Creative Head. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and visual communication. As Creative Head, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns:
- Conceptualize and develop creative briefs for various marketing campaigns across all channels (social media, email, website, etc.).
- Creation of high-quality visual content, including images, videos, and graphics.
- Development and execution of engaging social media campaigns, including content strategy, scheduling, and community management.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides.
- Monitor brand mentions and online conversations, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and social media managers.
- Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery.
- Content Creation:
- Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, Videos/Reels, blog articles, website copy, and email newsletters.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and creative content.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a creative role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut Pro (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio of past work demonstrating creative skills and campaign success.
