Creative Content Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Creative Director (contractual position) to lead the creative strategy, content development, and visual direction of our client’s annual corporate book. This role is not a graphic design position — it requires a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and experienced storyteller who can bring brand narratives to life through words, visuals, and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Strategy & Conceptualization:

Develop the central creative theme, narrative arc, and tone for the annual book in collaboration with the client’s leadership team.

• Writing & Content Direction:

Craft compelling copy, conduct interviews with key stakeholders, and curate written and visual materials into a cohesive and engaging story.

• Art Direction (Not Design):

Lead and oversee designers, photographers, and illustrators to ensure the final product reflects the brand’s vision and premium quality standards.

• Project Management:

Manage the project timeline, workflow, and creative team from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Client Communication:

Act as the primary creative liaison, presenting concepts, managing feedback, and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative direction, brand storytelling, or communication strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional creative teams.
• Strong sense of brand identity, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working on premium publications or high-end corporate projects is a plus.
