Creative Ad Designer

Position: Creative Ad Designer (Evening Shift)
Location: Lahore (On-site / Hybrid may be considered)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month

About the Role

We’re not looking for a typical graphic designer — we’re searching for a creative powerhouse who can turn ideas into visuals that stop the scroll.
You should know what makes people click, share, and engage — and transform that understanding into high-performing ad creatives across multiple niches and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping ad creatives (static, carousel, video thumbnails, etc.) for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
• Apply marketing psychology to design visuals that trigger emotion and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize fresh, data-driven ideas.
• Design brand-consistent visuals across multiple industries.
• Analyze creative performance (CTR, engagement) and continuously optimize.
• Stay current with design and ad trends to produce relevant, modern content.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, storytelling, and originality.
• Solid grasp of composition, color psychology, typography, and motion.
• Ability to think like a marketer, not just a designer.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma (bonus: After Effects or CapCut).
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to deliver ideas independently.
