The E-Commerce Store Incharge is responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operations of the company’s Shopify online store. This includes product uploads, inventory management, order processing, customer support, store performance monitoring, and coordination with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Store Management (Shopify)
- Manage and update the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Ensure accurate categorization, tags, SEO keywords, and inventory updates.
- Monitor store performance, website speed, and user experience.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Manage daily orders from checkout to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for packaging, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
- Resolve order delays, stock issues, and fulfillment errors.
3. Inventory Control
- Maintain updated inventory levels in Shopify.
- Forecast stock requirements and coordinate purchases to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile system vs. physical inventory.
4. Customer Support
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, or phone.
- Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
5. Product & Content Management
- Create compelling product descriptions, titles, and SEO-friendly content.
- Upload images, videos, and variations for all products.
- Work with marketing team for campaigns, banners, and promotional updates.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales, stock, and performance reports.
- Analyze store data to identify trends and improve conversions.
- Track KPIs such as sales, abandoned carts, top-selling products, and stock turnover.
7. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with marketing, warehouse, finance, and customer service teams.
- Support promotional campaigns, discount codes, and seasonal offers.
- Ensure the store meets company standards and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years Experience in e-commerce store management, preferably Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, inventory management, and order processing.
- Understanding of basic SEO, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Shopify admin dashboard.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced operations and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
- Experience with Canva or Photoshop for basic image editing.
- Familiarity with paid ads, email marketing, or CRM tools.
