eCommerce Specialist (Etsy)

IBSTEC is a rapidly growing digital solutions company specializing in eCommerce management, digital marketing, and performance-driven online business growth. We are seeking a skilled and experienced eCommerce Specialist (Etsy) to join our team and help scale our clients’ Etsy shops through strategic optimization and data-driven management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Etsy stores to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct detailed product research, keyword optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Create, edit, and enhance product listings following Etsy SEO best practices.
• Track daily store performance, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports.
• Plan and execute Etsy Ads and promotional campaigns.
• Provide outstanding customer support to maintain top-level satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for creative product presentation.
• Stay updated on Etsy trends, algorithm changes, and platform policy updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing and growing successful Etsy stores.
• Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, ranking algorithms, and advertising tools.
• Hands-on experience with Etsy Ads and listing optimization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shift (8 PM – 5 AM, Monday to Friday).
• Knowledge of other eCommerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.
