IBSTEC is looking for a results-driven Social Media &amp; E-commerce Growth Lead to drive sales, leads, and scalable revenue for international brands. This role requires a specialist in Meta Ads and UGC-based performance marketing, combined with strong experience in Shopify growth and conversion optimization.The ideal candidate knows how to combine content research, creative strategy, and paid media to build full-funnel systems that generate measurable business outcomes not just engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads &amp; Paid Social (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Plan, launch, and scale high-performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram)</li><li>Build and manage full-funnel advertising structures (prospecting, retargeting, retention)</li><li>Continuously test creatives, audiences, hooks, and offers</li><li>Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV</li></ul>2. UGC &amp; Creative Performance Strategy<ul><li>Lead UGC ad strategy, including scripting, messaging angles, and creative direction</li><li>Conduct deep content and competitor research to identify winning trends</li><li>Develop high-converting, scroll-stopping creatives built specifically for paid ads</li><li>Coordinate with creators, editors, and designers to produce performance-focused assets</li></ul>3. E-commerce Growth (Shopify Focus)<ul><li>Drive qualified traffic that converts into sales and repeat customers</li><li>Optimize landing pages, product pages, offers, bundles, and funnels</li><li>Improve conversion rate, AOV, retention, and overall store profitability</li><li>Ensure strong alignment between ad messaging and on-site experience</li></ul>4. Lead Generation<ul><li>Build and manage lead generation funnels for high-ticket and B2B campaigns</li><li>Use Meta and LinkedIn advertising to generate qualified prospects</li><li>Monitor and optimize CPL and lead quality</li></ul>5. Analytics &amp; Performance Optimization<ul><li>Track and analyze ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, CVR, and funnel performance</li><li>Translate performance data into actionable growth strategies</li><li>Develop structured performance reports and dashboards</li></ul>6. Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Lead media buyers, creatives, editors, and analysts</li><li>Ensure high-quality execution and fast testing cycles</li><li>Align creative strategy with performance and business goals</li></ul>7.
