Meta Ads Expert

IBSTEC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketer & Meta Ads Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing campaigns for international markets, especially UK-based service businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

Generate quality leads and improve campaign conversions

Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI

Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing

Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports

Develop lead generation strategies for UK service-based businesses

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Meta policies

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing & Meta Ads

Experience working with international clients, especially UK-based service businesses

Strong command of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and campaign management abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred

Pay: 70,000.00 (PKR) - 90,000.00 (PKR) per month
