Senior International Sales Executive

IBSTEC is expanding its international business operations and is looking for an experienced Senior International Sales Executive to join our UK Healthcare Recruitment campaign.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, B2B business development, cold calling, and email outreach. You will be responsible for building relationships with UK healthcare organizations and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the UK healthcare sector, including care homes, healthcare providers, and staffing organizations.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Connect with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers to introduce IBSTEC’s healthcare recruitment solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communication, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in international sales, B2B sales, or business development.
• Proven experience in cold calling and email-based sales outreach.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle international clients and work according to UK business hours when required.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing, BPO, or outsourcing services is a plus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
