Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Karachi for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospects to negotiating and closing deals. The role requires building strong client relationships, achieving revenue targets, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term growth.

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi (Onsite)

Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT

Compensation: Competitive market salary plus performance-based commission

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B opportunities within the US market

• Conduct discovery calls, sales presentations, and client consultations

• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling


Qualifications


• 3 to 4 years of proven B2B sales experience with US-based clients

• Experience selling digital marketing, web development, design, branding, or software services

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive

• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling

• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, eCommerce, or related digital services is highly preferred

• Professional spoken English suitable for communicating with US clients

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment
