Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

Experience: 2–3 Years (Truck Dispatching Industry)

First Sol LLC is looking for a Senior Sales Executive who knows the truck dispatching industry and has the drive to build lasting client relationships, close deals, and contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients in the truck dispatching industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, owner-operators, and logistics clients.

Conduct sales calls, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure excellent client service.

Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with potential clients.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the truck dispatching/logistics industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the US trucking market.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
