Sales Executive (Truck Dispatching Campaign)

Location: PIA Housing Society, Lahore
Salary: PKR 50,000 + Attractive Commission
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Working Days: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads within the US trucking industry.
• Contact carriers and owner-operators to introduce and promote dispatching services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with the dispatching team to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented sales environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
