Truck Dispatch Sales & Lead Generation Executive

IGET SOLUTION PVT LTD is looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist for our Truck Dispatching Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in expanding our trucking dispatch business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for truck dispatching services.
• Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and online communication channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales leads.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition (experience in the logistics or trucking industry is preferred).
• Basic knowledge of truck dispatching or freight brokerage is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center or sales environment.
• Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Location: Johar Town, Opposite Emporium Mall, Gate 3
• Work Type: In-person
• Salary: Up to Rs. 100,000/-
