About the Role

Sprouto is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven background in a software house environment. The ideal candidate will have experience generating B2B leads, conducting outbound sales activities, and introducing software development and AI solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads before passing them to the sales team.
• Present Sprouto's software development and AI solutions to prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to support business growth.

Requirements

• Software house experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Executive (BDE), or B2B Sales Executive.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software development services and AI solutions.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
