Sales Executive (Frontiers & Closers)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Frontiers (Lead Generation & Qualification)

Experience: 6 Months–1.5 Years (Fresh/Junior Candidates Welcome)

* Engage with inbound/outbound leads

* Qualify prospects and generate interest

* Build initial customer engagement

* Maintain CRM & hand over qualified leads to Closers

Closers (Sales Conversion Specialist)

Experience: 2–5 Years

* Convert qualified leads into successful sales

* Handle objections & negotiations

* Close deals and achieve monthly targets

* Ensure smooth onboarding & retention

What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication & persuasion skills

* Ability to work night shifts (US market exposure preferred)

* Sales/telemarketing/customer service background is a plus
