IBSTEC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for our healthcare recruitment campaign to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have experience in UK campaign sales, cold calling, lead generation, and client dealing.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads in the UK market
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients
- Present company services professionally and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records through CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in UK campaign sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English speaking skills
- Experience in cold calling, B2B sales, and lead generation
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
