Sales Executive

Ravisn LTD is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of our international logistics and freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, initiating outreach, and scheduling meetings with prospective customers.

This role is well-suited for individuals who possess strong communication skills, are comfortable engaging with clients, and are interested in building a career in sales and logistics.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers, including importers, exporters, e-commerce businesses, and SMEs.
  • Build and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Maps, online directories, and other relevant sources.
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Research target companies and decision-makers to support sales efforts.

Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting

  • Engage with prospects to understand their logistics and shipping requirements.
  • Gather basic shipment information, including origin, destination, cargo type, shipment volume, and timelines.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and potential opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the Sales Manager or Management Team.

CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-up activities in CRM systems or Google Sheets.
  • Update lead statuses and ensure information remains organized and current.
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity and performance reports.

Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Coordinate with internal operations and quotation teams to support client requirements.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring a smooth handover process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, B2B sales, logistics, freight forwarding, or e-commerce will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation, cold outreach, or email marketing.
  • Basic understanding of shipping and logistics terminology, including Air Freight, Sea Freight, DDP, and DDU.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling phone calls and client conversations.
  • Good sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to follow processes, scripts, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Job Details

Location: Lakshmi Chowk, Lahore (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
