Senior Ecommerce Product Manager

We are hiring a Senior Ecommerce Product Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in ecommerce product ownership or product management. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across ecommerce platforms, integrations, and operational workflows, with a proven ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams without formal authority. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver in fast-paced, agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce product strategy, planning, and execution.
• Guide and mentor remote, cross-functional teams to drive delivery and alignment.
• Manage the full ecommerce ecosystem, including webstore platforms, payments, logistics, and integrations.
• Oversee and optimize Shopify Plus operations, capabilities, and enhancements.
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party apps (e.g., Klaviyo, Algolia, Yotpo).
• Deliver integration projects involving APIs, SFTP, and ecommerce data flows.
• Work within agile frameworks and adhere to governance standards such as SOC2 and ISO.
• Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business needs for technical teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and vendor partners.
• Ensure timely delivery while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in ecommerce product management or product ownership.
• Proven ability to lead and influence remote teams without direct authority.
• Deep experience across ecommerce components: storefronts, payments, logistics, integrations.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify Plus.
• Experience managing third-party apps and vendors from evaluation to ongoing support.
• Hands-on experience delivering integration projects using APIs, SFTP, and common ecommerce workflows.
• Experience working in agile environments with governance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working across time zones with occasional flexible hours.
