The Supply Chain Officer is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving all supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, vendor management, and timely delivery of materials. The role ensures smooth workflow between suppliers, warehouse, finance, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and update supplier databases.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure approval according to company policy.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.

3. Logistics & Distribution

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites or departments.
  • Handle transport arrangements, tracking, and documentation.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain updated records of purchases, prices, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly supply chain reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with finance, operations, and production departments to plan material requirements.
  • Resolve supply issues, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualification BBA/MBA Supply Chain , Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Insititute Cosmetique as well as Skin sceinces, QHC
  • 3-5 Experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Reports To:

Supply Chain Manager / Operations Manager / Procurement Lead

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
