Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead and optimize online marketplace activities. The role focuses on product listing management, performance monitoring, pricing improvements, inventory coordination, and compliance with marketplace guidelines. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on expertise working with online selling platforms and marketplace management tools.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
- Manage daily operations of multiple online marketplace portals.
- Create, update, and maintain high-quality product listings including content, pricing, keywords, and catalog structure.
- Monitor marketplace policies and maintain strong account health.
- Collaborate with finance for order reconciliation and reporting.
Performance & Growth Tracking
- Monitor sales results, traffic insights, and conversion performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports for management.
- Plan and execute data-driven advertising and promotional strategies to improve visibility and revenue.
Inventory & Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
- Track inventory status, restocking needs, and shipment cycles.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
Customer Experience & Quality Standards
- Ensure professional customer communication and after-sales support.
- Maintain strong ratings and feedback performance across platforms.
- Assist in branding consistency across listings and communication material.
Strategic Improvements
- Identify platform-specific opportunities to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Support seasonal campaigns, bundles, and promotional planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, including 3+ years working with marketplace accounts.
- Understanding of listing optimization, analytics, platform policies, and paid promotion management.
- Familiarity with marketplace research and performance tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
