Senior Digital Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and results-driven Senior Digital Sales Coordinator to lead our digital sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in driving sales, managing online marketplaces, Experience in Amazon, eBay, and other global e-commerce platforms, especially in the electronics category (mobile phones, tablets, accessories), is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing and merchandising teams.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs; prepare detailed reports and insights for management.
• Take full ownership of marketplace accounts such as Amazon, eBay, and other online portals — including listings, pricing, campaigns, and performance optimization.
• Oversee daily digital sales operations and ensure efficient workflow and team productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a smooth and professional sales experience.
• Analyse sales trends and performance data to implement improvements and enhance marketplace results.
• Ensure all CRM records, sales processes, and communications are accurate and up to date.
• Train and guide junior sales team members to improve output and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce is big plus.
• 4–5+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce coordination, or online merchandising.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics, especially mobile phones and related categories, is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and marketplace management tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Leadership or team management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
