Job Description:

Ecom Trinity is looking for a Brand Approval Specialist with hands-on experience in obtaining brand and distributor approvals for Amazon FBA Wholesale accounts.

The ideal candidate will communicate with brands and distributors through calls and emails to secure approvals, build professional relationships, and support the company’s eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact brands and distributors to obtain sales approvals.

Communicate professionally through calls and emails.

Maintain updated records of approved brands and distributors.

Work closely with the product hunting and sourcing teams to identify profitable opportunities.

Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and brand requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Amazon FBA wholesale operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Confidence in managing brand and distributor communications independently.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
