Job Title: Sales Specialist – Pre-Construction Services (US Campaign)

Location: Amina Tower, Peco Road, Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team for our US-based Pre-Construction Services campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals confidently.

You’ll be working with warm leads generated by our marketing and outreach teams — your focus will be on building trust, handling objections, and securing commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm leads and qualified prospects provided by the sales team.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to assess client needs and align them with company offerings.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of our pre-construction services and value propositions.
  • Handle client objections and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, leads, and deals within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and lead generation teams to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to nurture potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales closing, preferably for international clients (US, Canada, or UK).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket deals via phone or virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) is a plus.
