Global Expansion Executives - Basic Job Description:

• Project Management for all Projects related to the Expansion of the Company's Business

into New Countries.

• Research on the Regulatory Requirements for the Licensing & Running Company

Operations.

• Research and Engagement with Various Consultancy Firms and Legal Firms.
• Comparative Analysis / Feasibility Reports for Internal Approvals.
• Preparation of Business Plan Documents for Visibility on New Business Operations.
• Documentation related to Licensing & Acquisitions.
• Research in multiple countries for New Ventures and Acquisitions.
• Project Management and Trackers to present ongoing performance.
• Strong Relationship Management with the affiliated business partners.
• Perform other duties in the Relationship & Development Department as assigned
