Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Develop strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Tech industry knowledge is a plus.
