Export Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Manager with a proven track record in rice export management. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of international rice markets, export documentation, logistics, and global trade compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export strategies for rice markets in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
• Identify new international buyers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Oversee export documentation, contracts, and LC handling in compliance with trade laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze global market trends and competitor activities to enhance pricing and market positioning.
• Represent the company in international trade fairs and B2B meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rice export operations.
• Strong understanding of export documentation (LC, BL, Phytosanitary Certificates, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and international client management skills.
• Ability to travel internationally when required.
