To lead, plan, and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets, strengthen brand presence, and expand into new markets both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Manage and monitor sales team performance; provide coaching and motivation to achieve targets.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Marketing Management
- Develop and execute marketing plans, product launches, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and new market segments.
- Coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and brand promotion events locally and internationally.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website content, and online campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and product development teams to align marketing materials with company standards.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure timely customer support, handling complaints professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Collect client feedback and work with internal departments to improve product quality and service levels.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain sales records, prepare monthly performance reports, and present to management.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor pricing policies, payment collections, and adherence to company credit terms.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a manufacturing/export-oriented company.
- Strong understanding of both domestic and international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
