To lead, plan, and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets, strengthen brand presence, and expand into new markets both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Manage and monitor sales team performance; provide coaching and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Marketing Management

  • Develop and execute marketing plans, product launches, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and new market segments.
  • Coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and brand promotion events locally and internationally.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website content, and online campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design and product development teams to align marketing materials with company standards.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure timely customer support, handling complaints professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Collect client feedback and work with internal departments to improve product quality and service levels.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain sales records, prepare monthly performance reports, and present to management.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor pricing policies, payment collections, and adherence to company credit terms.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a manufacturing/export-oriented company.
  • Strong understanding of both domestic and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
