ROLE OVERVIEW:

AlphaBOLD is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Lead Generation Marketer to join our team. This role is crucial for our continued growth, requiring a “lead by doing” approach to drive high-quality leads and opportunities for our B2B digital transformation, consulting, and digital services offerings while leading a small team of marketers.

Your primary focus will be on the execution, optimization, and scaling of our paid media and email marketing channels to deliver measurable, impactful results that directly fuel our sales pipeline. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where your expertise will directly translate into revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy & Execution: Execute comprehensive lead generation strategies with a laser focus on creating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and opportunities for AlphaBOLD.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Work closely with the head of marketing to lead, set goals, and provide guidance to a small team of marketers, fostering a culture of high performance, testing, and growth.
  • Paid Media Mastery: Manage day-to-day execution across all paid channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social ads platforms. This includes keyword research, campaign structure, bid management, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Tracking & Analytics Infrastructure: Own the implementation and maintenance of the marketing tracking infrastructure for advertising and other campaigns. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and validating tracking (pixels, tags, etc.) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Email Marketing & Nurturing: Design, build, and optimize robust email marketing campaigns and lead nurture flows in HubSpot to convert cold prospects and qualify inbound leads.
  • Conversion Optimization: Conduct continuous conversation rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by testing and improving landing pages, ad creative, and website paths.
  • Retargeting Strategy: Implement and manage sophisticated retargeting strategies across all platforms to keep AlphaBOLD top-of-mind and drive final conversions.
  • Sales Alignment: Execute and support the defined handoff process with the sales team, ensuring clear communication and smooth lead quality progression.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor performance across all channels using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular, actionable reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.

Required Skills & Experience

  • B2B Lead Generation: Proven track record of success in B2B lead generation, specifically creating and driving high-quality opportunities for sales.
  • Paid Media Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Email Marketing: Expert-level knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and automated nurture flows.
  • Data & Tracking: Required expertise in Google Analytics and the ability to set up and manage tracking infrastructure for marketing campaigns (pixels, conversion tags, etc.).
  • Optimization Skills: Demonstrated success in conversation and landing page optimization (CRO).
  • Sales Handoff Management: Experience in executing the lead qualification and handoff process between marketing and sales.

Nice-to-Have but Not Required

  • Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and PowerBI for data visualization and deeper analysis.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a digital transformation, consulting, SaaS, or digital services firm.
  • Advanced Strategies: Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or large-scale cold email campaigns.
  • Tech Stack Familiarity: Familiarity with our current marketing/sales stack, including MS Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Cold Email Tool (Instantly, Plusvibe, Apollo), WordPress CMS, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
