SEO Team Lead

Nexcel Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Team Lead to head our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling experience, and a proven ability to lead SEO strategies that deliver measurable business results.

As a Team Lead – SEO, you will manage a team of SEO professionals, coordinate with clients directly, and drive projects from planning to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical).
• Lead, mentor, and guide the SEO team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies.
• Handle client meetings, present SEO performance reports, and assist in closing potential clients through strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment on SEO objectives.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine trends, algorithms, and digital marketing techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience in client meetings, presentations, and client closing discussions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
