Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strategic approach to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in Africa, Middle East and US.

· Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and growth areas.

· Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored business proposals and presentations.

· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance reports using CRM tools.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the tech, telecom, or digital services sector).

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and business communication tools.

· Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
