We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in ClickUp to help us streamline workflows, optimize project management systems, and improve overall team efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in business process mapping, and advanced proficiency in ClickUp setup, automation, and dashboard reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Set up and customize ClickUp workspaces, dashboards, automations, and templates based on team needs.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and workflow charts.
- Work closely with department heads to translate business goals into actionable project plans in ClickUp.
- Create and manage reporting dashboards for performance tracking and KPI monitoring.
- Train team members on ClickUp usage and best practices.
- Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Management Specialist.
- Advanced ClickUp skills — including automation, dashboards, reporting, and workspace management.
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization and process design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience with other productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
