Education

Preferred Degrees:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

Bonus: MBA (MIS, IT Management, or Marketing/Strategy) — helps in client-facing roles.

Core Skill Set

Proposal & Documentation Skills

Strong technical writing (clear, concise proposals, SOWs, BRDs).

Familiar with proposal tools/templates (Google Docs, MS Word, PowerPoint, ClickUp, etc.).

Can translate client requirements → structured solutions with timelines + cost breakdown.

Technical Understanding

Familiar with web and mobile app development lifecycle.

Knowledge of AI/ML, SaaS, e-commerce, and API integrations (not deep coding, but conceptual).

Can understand Techverx engineers’ inputs and simplify for clients.

Client Communication

Comfortable in client calls, requirement gathering, and Q&A.

Ability to ask the right questions

Present ideas in business-friendly language, not developer jargon.

Analytical & Business Skills

Requirement analysis → convert vague ideas into structured features.

Competitive research (check similar apps, market trends).

Cost-benefit thinking (what to build first in MVP vs later).

Experience

Minimum: 2–3 years in a software house or IT services firm as a BA, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Proposal Writer.

Ideal: Experience in international client-facing roles (US/Canada/UK).

Portfolio Proof: At least 5–10 sample proposals or case studies they’ve worked on.
