Senior Project Manager-Solar Energy (Sales & Installation Expertise)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing solar energy company. The ideal candidate will be a certified engineer with a strong background in solar energy sales, project management, and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end solar energy projects, from planning to execution and delivery.

Lead and support the sales team with technical insights and strategic direction.

Identify and engage potential clients to drive sales growth.

Ensure high-quality installation and commissioning of solar systems.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar technologies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (certified).

Proven experience in solar energy sales and project management.

Hands-on knowledge of solar system design, installation, and maintenance.

Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency.
